When placing an order we ask that you give the recipients phone number on the order so we can call to let them know we are outside with a delivery. Substitutions will be necessary due to availability during the pandemic. We will not be able to call to let you know of substitutions. Substitutions happen on a normal day to day basis and are much worse because of covid and the production of flowers. Also the cost of flowers are up so please be advised of that as well. Thank you in advance for your understanding. We cannot print symbols or emojis on card messages. Please note we do deliver after our normal business hours sometimes. Mother's Day is Sunday May 12th. Some arrangements will not be available on our website the first 2 weeks in May. If you are looking for something specific, please call us 215-336-3557. Also if the date you are looking for is not available for delivery or pickup it is probably because the arrangement you are trying to buy is not available. We cannot guarantee any timed deliveries the week of Mother's Day.
